30+ days before departure: full deposit refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of deposit refunded.
Under 15 days: deposits are non-refundable unless we can reallocate your dates to another guest.
One free date change is permitted up to 21 days before departure, subject to availability.
Additional changes may incur supplier fees passed through at cost.
If we cancel due to operational reasons, you receive a full refund or alternative dates at your choice.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest) are handled case-by-case with maximum flexibility.
